Mannich Ketones as Possible Antimycobacterial Agents.

Twenty-three known unsaturated and fused Mannich ketones and their reduced derivatives (amino alcohols) were selected for an antituberculotic study. They were screened against several mycobacterial strains including Mycobacterium tuberculosis, M. xenopi, and M.
