Unlabelled: Polypous rhinosinusitis (PRS) is a chronic inflammatory disease of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, characterized by the formation and recurrent growth of polyps. Often, PRS is a manifestation of the most severe clinical symptom complex - the asthmatic triad (AT). AT is characterized by three main clinical manifestations: bronchial asthma (BA) itself, PRS, intolerance to acetylsalicylic acid, other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and NA.

It also demonstrates that -phosphinate plays a key role in variational mobility, while Me- or Ph- substituents of the phosphinate group can only lead to 0D complexes or 1D coordination polymer. Overall, this paper provides valuable insights into the design and construction of coordination polymers based on ferrocene-contained linkers.

In most cases, the correct diagnosis can be established microscopically with standard staining with hematoxylin and eosin. However, there are cases when it is almost impossible to distinguish metastasis from primary adrenal cancer, so an accurate diagnosis requires an immunohistochemical examination.

We investigated a CAR T-cell product targeting CD19 and CD22 generated by lentiviral cotransduction with vectors encoding our previously described fast-off rate CD19 CAR (AUTO1) combined with a novel CD22 CAR capable of effective signaling at low antigen density. Twelve patients with advanced B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia were treated (CARPALL [Immunotherapy with CD19/22 CAR Redirected T Cells for High Risk/Relapsed Paediatric CD19+ and/or CD22+ Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia] study, NCT02443831), a third of whom had failed prior licensed CAR therapy.

The ω-bromoacyl ferrocenes were subsequently introduced to quaternization reaction with tri--butyl phosphine, which resulted in phosphonium salts.

A total, 499 strains of gram-negative microorganisms isolated in two pediatric hospitals in 2019-2020 were studied. Species identification was performed using MALDI-ToF mass-spectrometry (Bruker Daltonics, Germany).

Objective: To comparare socio-demographic and clinical characteristics of patients with the first depressive episode and recurrent depression.
Material And Methods: Three hundred and twenty one patients with unipolar depression, including 96 patients with first depressive episode and 225 patients with recurrent depression, were examined using clinical and psychometric methods.
Results And Conclusion: There were differences in clinical characteristics between groups but such factors as gender, marital status, level of education, family history of mental disorders and personality were similar.
Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a serious opportunistic pathogen demonstrating a high level of resistance to many groups of antibiotics, including carbapenems. This study aimed to characterise the molecular epidemiology and prevalence of mobile genetic elements associated with resistance to carbapenems among P. aeruginosa (CRPA) clinical isolates.

However, the emergence of colistin-resistant (Col-R) isolates is compromising the activity of colistin. In this study, a collection of 159 CRKP recovered from three hospitals in Moscow (Russian Federation) was examined.

This study investigated treosulfan's pharmacokinetics (PKs), efficacy, and safety in a prospective trial. Pediatric patients (n = 87) receiving treosulfan-fludarabine conditioning were followed for at least 1 year posttransplant.

We monitored VRIs before and after transplant in children undergoing allogeneic HSCT with nasopharyngeal aspirates (NPA) and assessed the impact on clinical outcome. Between 2007 and 2017, 585 children underwent 620 allogeneic HSCT procedures.

Moreover, 40-60% of patients relapse owing to poor CAR T cell persistence or emergence of CD19 clones. Some factors, including the choice of single-chain spacer and extracellular and costimulatory domains, have a profound effect on CAR T cell function and persistence.

In subsequent years, the role of Toxoplasma gondii was established based on its ability to survive for long periods of time in the nerve cells of the brain. The acute manifestations of the infection include psychopathic symptoms resembling those of schizophrenia.

In this review, we discuss the pattern of immune recovery in the post-transplant period focusing on the impact of stem cell source (bone marrow, peripheral blood stem cells, and cord blood) on immune recovery and HSCT outcome.

In vitro testing of colistin susceptibility in everyday practice has a number of difficulties due to the cationic properties of molecule and weak diffusion into agar. Therefore it is recommended to use the reference Broth Microdilution Method (BMD) for determination of the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) for colistin.
