Objective: Hemicrania continua and paroxysmal hemicrania are considered different headaches belonging to a group of trigeminal autonomic cephalalgias. However, they share many clinical features. Both headaches also show complete response to indomethacin, which is a mandatory criterion for their diagnosis.
