(1) Background: While goat milk formula (GMF) is an alternative to cow milk formula (CMF), infants' preferences for one over the other have not been formally assessed. Specifically, our aim in this study was to determine whether infants experience fewer feeding behavior problems with whole milk-based GMF than with conventional whey-based CMF. (2) Methods: This was a multicenter, double-blind, randomized controlled trial with two-arm parallel assignment conducted in six pediatricians' offices in or near Paris, France, between June 2018 and 31 December 2021.

Background And Purpose: Paclitaxel is highly efficacious in the treatment of breast, head and neck, non-small cell lung cancers and ovarian carcinoma. For malignant gliomas, paclitaxel is prevented from reaching its target by the presence of the efflux pump P-glycoprotein (P-gp) at the blood-brain barrier. We investigated the utilization of a new drug delivery system to increase brain delivery of paclitaxel.

This study proposes a closer look at the neuropsychological method defined as the study of the neural bases of the behavioural and cognitive functions using an organisation-representation model for current data and knowledge of the brain, and the application of an anatomofunctional database. A Centre of Cognitive Anatomy (CAC) was set up for the collection and processing of neuronatomical, neuropsychological, and psycho-behavioural data for patients presenting sequels of focal brain damage. Such a system would allow concurrent treatment of anatomical and functional data.

Objective: To determine the importance of prolonged QT interval and electrocardiographic changes in children treated with halofantrin for an acute malaria attack.

Results: Out of 25 children treated with halofantrin, nine had an increase of QTc interval < 440 ms and ten a QTc > 440 ms on control 24 h after the first dose. A 9-year-old girl, treated with halofantrin, had bradycardia and increase of QTc interval for six days, with a normal halofantrin blood level.
