Methods: Inquiring three literature databases (Medline, Embase, Cochrane) a systematic search based on a priori defined PICOs was conducted: '-omics' studies comparing molecular signatures in healthy and infected peri-implant sites and/or healthy and periodontitis-affected teeth in animals/humans. After risk of bias assessments, lists of differentially expressed genes and results of functional enrichment analyses were compiled whenever possible.
Therapy after failing response milestones in CML is controversial. Risks associated with comorbidities, drug toxicities or transplantation may preclude switching to another tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) or other treatments. No information on long-term survival of failing patients is available.

This study investigates established and novel molecular-targeted drugs and chemotherapeutic agents for the treatment of PPGLs in human primary cultures and murine cell line spheroids. Eighty-six percent received one, 14% two induction cycles, and 10% received consolidation (representing 22% of patients with CR/CRi) with CPX-351. Following induction, CR/CRi rate was 47% including 64% of patients with available information achieving measurable residual disease (MRD) negativity (<10) as measured by flow cytometry.

Background: COVID-19 pandemic has affected worldwide sports competitions and training in both amateur and professional leagues. We thus aimed to investigate changes in different training modalities in elite and amateur football players following COVID-19 lockdown in March 2020.

Background: Phenotyping chronic lung allograft dysfunction (CLAD) in single lung transplant (SLTX) recipients is challenging. The aim of this study was to assess the diagnostic and prognostic value of longitudinal lung function tests in SLTX recipients with CLAD.
Methods: A total of 295 SLTX recipients were analyzed and stratified according to native lung physiology.
