Adenomyoma of the biliary tract is a benign neoplasm but its clinical, radiological and intraoperative features can mimic pancreatic or biliary cancer. These similarities may yield to useless pancreatoduodenectomy. We report here two cases of adenomyoma treated by pancreatoduodenectomy.
