Grafts for straightening deviated noses.

Background: The deviated nose represents a complex cosmetic and functional problem. Septal surgery plays a central role in the successful management of the externally deviated nose. The purpose of this study was to evaluate absorption of bone grafts from the nasal septum used for the correction of nose deformities.
