The cancer diagnosis came 7 months after routine pap smear showed low-grade dysplasia with high-risk human papillomavirus in preparation for gender-affirming hysterectomy/bilateral-salpingo-oophorectomy. After diagnosis, our patient faced unique challenges as a transgender man receiving gynecologic oncology care.
