A 75-year-old man, with no cardiovascular history but a diagnosis of metastatic nonsmall cell lung cancer with mesenchymal-epithelial transition exon-14 deletion and hepatitis C virus infection genotype 1A, received both crizotinib and sofosbuvir/velpatasvir. Crizotinib was well tolerated, but 1 week after sofosbuvir/velpatasvir initiation, the patient experienced bilateral lower-limb oedema and class III New York Heart Association dyspnoea.

Methods: To better characterize this irAE, our comprehensive approach combined the description of ICIs-induced scleroderma cases, the systematic review of the literature and the analysis of VigiBase, the WHO pharmacovigilance database.
For the first time, a population approach was used to describe abacavir (ABC) pharmacokinetics in HIV-infected pregnant and nonpregnant women. A total of 266 samples from 150 women were obtained. No covariate effect (from age, body weight, pregnancy, or gestational age) on ABC pharmacokinetics was found.
