The early diagnosis of breast cancer can improve treatment and prognosis. We sought to evaluate whether the serum concentration of the 70 kDa heat shock protein (HSPA1A) was elevated in Brazilian women with breast cancer, and if levels correlated with tumor characteristics. Methods: Eligible patients received an invitation to receive remote care to minimize exposure to an environment in which the risk of respiratory infection was present. The means of communication was telephone through an application that allows free conversation with no charge.
