Background: Colitis was the third most common immune-related adverse effect in melanoma patients treated with immune-checkpoint inhibitor (ICI). With the limitation of real-world data in the UK population, this study was conducted in a UK hospital where a fresh colitis guidance was introduced to evaluate the overall grading (OG) to assess colitis severity and guide the treatment.
Aims: This study aimed to investigate colitis severity by Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) grade and overall grade at time of presentation.
Background: Internationally, a single standard chemotherapy treatment for Ewing sarcoma is not defined. Because different chemotherapy regimens were standard in Europe and the USA for newly diagnosed Ewing sarcoma, and in the absence of novel agents to investigate, we aimed to compare these two strategies.
Methods: EURO EWING 2012 was a European investigator-initiated, open-label, randomised, controlled phase 3 trial done in 10 countries.

- A study was conducted on 62 patients with cancer as part of the UK Paediatric Coronavirus Cancer Monitoring Project from March 2020 to February 2021, excluding those who had stem cell transplants.
- Out of the patients studied, only 2 with haematological malignancies experienced severe or critical infections, indicating no significant difference in risk between the two groups.
