Retrobulbar Hemorrhage Secondary to Acquired Hemophilia A.

Acquired hemophilia A (AHA) is a different bleeding disorder to that of classic hemophilia A. It is an autoimmune-mediated bleeding disorder due to the presence of autoantibodies (inhibitors) directed against plasma coagulation factor VIII. This can result in fatal hemorrhage; thus, eradication of the antibody is the mainstay of treatment.
