Background And Aims: Existing findings on outcomes of anti-tumor-necrosis-factor (TNF) therapy in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) are largely based on retrospective studies. We aimed to investigate real-world outcomes of anti-TNF therapy and predictors thereof in a prospective IBD cohort.
Methods: In a Danish multicenter cohort of adult bio-naïve patients with IBD treated with anti-TNF, we assessed clinical response and remission to induction therapy using clinical disease activity scoring indices at week 14.

This study explores the feasibility of utilizing in vitro cultivated milk-derived bovine mammary epithelial cells (bMECs) for the production of milk constituents. Introduction: In Denmark, there are no official guidelines on how to inform women about the risk of recall during mammography screening, leading to varied local practices. This study explored the experiences of radiographers at a Danish mammography screening unit and breast cancer assessment clinic communicating the risk of recall and false-positive results.
Methods: This study involved 12 weeks of ethnographic fieldwork over the course of one year, along with eleven semi-structured interviews with radiographers.

The effects of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) are typically attributed to the polarization of cortical neurons by the weak electric fields it generates in the cortex.
