The mortality rate for peptic ulcer bleeding has remained constant for several decades, despite advances in surgery and intensive care, and this has given rise to an interest in therapeutic hemostatic endoscopy. Thus, endoscopy in the treatment of peptic ulcer hemorrhage would be undertaken with the aim of obtaining an early and precise diagnosis of the hemorrhagic lesions, to arrest active bleeding and/or to prevent rebleeding. In the selection of patients justifying an endoscopic hemostatic treatment, intervene clinical criteria (age, concomitant pathologies, current medication, hemodynamic parameters), endoscopic criteria (active arterial bleeding, visible vessels).

Four patients with solitary or multiple splenic fluid collections were treated by ultrasound guided percutaneous needle aspiration and drainage. There was one unilocular abscess, three infected hematomas, one large hematoma and a complex lesion with locular and perisplenic involvement. Percutaneous drainage and antibiotics were curative in one patient.

Two new cases of pancreatic hydatidosis are reported. The diagnosis of a cystic lesion of the pancreas has been easily established owing to the modern imaging techniques, especially to computed tomography. The hydatid nature has also been recognized before surgery on the basis of the epidemiological data, the existence of a calcified shell in one case, and positive serology in the other.

The stomach fibro-inflammatory-polyp is distinguished from the eosinophilic granuloma by some authors because of their geographic assessments. It is an inflammatory affection represented by a pseudo tumoral lesion. We present a case concerning a woman, 62 years old, who presented since 10 years a Biermer anaemia; a neoplastic affection was suspected, and then denied by histopathologic exam.
