Extensive clinical, laboratory, and radiologic evaluation confirmed the coexistence of 2 X-linked inherited disorders, X-linked hypophosphatemic rickets (XLH) and Kallmann syndrome (KS). Treatment with oral phosphate and calcitriol along with intramuscular testosterone injections was initiated.
