Emergency Tracheostomy: Complications, Anesthetic Techniques, and Outcomes.

Acute upper airway obstruction is a critical medical condition that presents considerable challenges to anesthesiologists. This study aims to provide a formal report on the incidence and outcomes of perioperative complications, as well as the factors that influence unstable intraoperative hemodynamics. This retrospective study reviewed patients aged 18 years and older who underwent emergency tracheostomy between January 2013 and October 2021.
