Investigating the mechanism of electromagnetic forming (EMF) becomes a hot topic in the field of metal forming. The high speed up to 200 m/s in EMF makes it a real challenge to capture the forming process. To this end, a new method for measuring displacement at high speed based on electromagnetic induction has been developed.
