A PV cell defect detector combined with transformer and attention mechanism.

Automated defect detection in electroluminescence (EL) images of photovoltaic (PV) modules on production lines remains a significant challenge, crucial for replacing labor-intensive and costly manual inspections and enhancing production capacity. This paper presents a novel PV defect detection algorithm that leverages the YOLO architecture, integrating an attention mechanism and the Transformer module. We introduce a polarized self-attention mechanism in the feature extraction stage, enabling separate extraction of spatial and semantic features of PV modules, combined with the original input features, to enhance the network's feature representation capabilities.

Isoglutaminyl Cyclase Overexpression Enhances KYSE30 Cancer Cell Proliferation and Migration via the MAPK Signaling Pathway.

To understand how upregulated isoglutaminyl cyclase (isoQC) is involved in the initiation of diseases such as cancer, we developed a human KYSE30 carcinoma cell model in which isoQC was stably overexpressed. GO and KEGG analysis of the DEGs (228) and DEPs (254) respectively implicated isoQC on the proliferation invasion and metastasis of cells and suggested that isoQC might participate in the regulation of MAPK, RAS, circadian rhythm, and related pathways. At the functional level, isoQC-overexpressing KYSE30 cells showed enhanced proliferation, migration, and invasion capacity.

"Sweating" is a traditional postharvest processing method, the basic processing procedure consists of softening, stacking and drying. The aim of this paper is to unveil the scientific connotation responsible for the "Sweating" processing in Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae during postharvest.

Understanding the photocatalytic reductive dehalogenation mechanism of halogenated aromatic pollutants is of great research value. However, the proton source in the photocatalytic dehalogenation process of representative halogenated aromatic pollutants by TiO is not clear. In this study, the TiO surface was modified by hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, and sodium fluoride to obtain TiO samples with different hydroxyl groups.

[Spatial Distribution and Influential Factors of Nutrients in Rivers of a Typical Mountainous City: A Case Study of the Qingshuixi River in Chongqing].

Surface water pollution seriously restricts the development of the city and results in the citizens yearning for a better life. Mountainous cities have their own characteristics in surface water environment and pollution compared with those of plain cities due to their unique topography. In August and October 2019, surface water and sediments were collected in a typical river (Qingshuixi River) in the main urban area of Chongqing.
