Introduction: Several meta-analyses (MAs) of the efficacy and safety of daratumumab in refractory/relapsed multiple myeloma (RRMM) exist. They include different types of populations, Daratumumab regimens, and outcomes. Moreover, there is a wide variation in methodological quality and risk of bias.

Disseminated tuberculosis after Polatuzumab-Vedotin based chemoimmunotherapy in a patient with Burkitt's lymphoma.

This report highlights the risk of latent tuberculosis (TB) reactivation after treatment with Polatuzumab Vedotin (PV), Rituximab, and Bendamustine (PBR protocol) despite appropriate chemoprophylaxis. A 48-year-old male with refractory Burkitt's lymphoma (BKL) was treated with PBR protocol. At baseline, the patient had a negative QuantiFERON test result, which turned out to be positive prior to starting PBR.

Factors that influence patient and public adverse drug reaction reporting: a systematic review using the theoretical domains framework.

Background: Only 5-10% of all adverse drug reactions (ADRs) are reported. Mechanisms to support patient and public reporting offer numerous advantages to health care systems including increasing reporting rate. Theory-informed insights into the factors implicated in patient and public underreporting are likely to offer valuable opportunity for the development of effective reporting-interventions and optimization of existing systems.

Is Curcumin at the Threshold of Therapeutic Effectiveness on Patients with Colon Cancer?-A Systematic Review.

Curcumin, obtained from curcuma longa, has been the subject of decades of scientific investigation on its therapeutic usefulness. It is reported to possess several therapeutic properties, of which anti-colon cancer is of interest in this review. Clinically however, curcumin has yet to firm up its place among established anti-colon cancer therapeutic contenders.
