[Pseudoaneurysm of the internal carotid artery revelated by epistaxis: report of two cases].

Objectives: Pseudoaneurysms of the carotid artery are a rare but serious cause of epistaxis. They can be rapidly life-threatening. Usually resulting of a surgery or a traumatism, pseudoaneurysms can express themselves by recurrent epistaxis.
