Background: Childhood obesity can have significant negative consequences for children's wellbeing and long-term health. Prior school-based interventions to prevent child overweight and obesity have shown limited effects, highlighting the necessity for comprehensive approaches addressing complex drivers of childhood obesity. Aims: Mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists (MRA) improve outcomes in heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) but are underused. Point prevalent use has been described, but the kinetics of discontinuation and the extent of reinitiation have not been studied.
