The longer an orchard remains healthy and productive, the less often it will be terminated, fumigated, and replanted. Two trials were conducted to determine the effectiveness of DiTera, a toxin produced by the fungus ( and Nema-Q, an extract of the soap bark tree () for management of root-lesion () and ring ( nematodes on walnuts.

Methods: Cluster randomised trial involving four Dutch primary care centres and 146 patients (intervention n=75, control n=71), who met the following inclusion criteria: self-identified Surinamese or Ghanaian; ≥ 20 years; treated for hypertension; SBP ≥ 140 mmHg. All patients received usual hypertension care.
Objectives: To investigate the 6-month functional prognosis of dizziness in older adults in primary care, to identify important predictors of dizziness-related impairment, and to construct a score to assist risk prediction.
Design: Prospective cohort study with 6-month follow-up.
Setting: Twenty-four primary care practices in the Netherlands.
Background: Physical activity (PA) is important in older adults for the maintenance of functional ability. Assessing PA may be difficult. Few PA questionnaires have been compared to activity monitors.
