Primary adrenal lymphoma presenting as Addison's disease. Case report and review of the literature.

Primary Adrenal Lymphoma (PAL) is a very rare clinical entity. Adrenal insufficiency is a common complication of this pathology. Most patients present with clinical and laboratory findings of adrenal insufficiency and bilateral enlargement of the adrenal glands.
