[MULTI-FACTOR MODEL OF FINANCING PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF DIROPHILARIOSIS (BASIC PRINCIPLES AND INDICATORS OF EFFICIENCY)].

The aim of the study was to substantiate the effectiveness and feasibility of the practical application of the multifactorial model of financing the prevention and treatment of dirofilariasis, its principles and methodological approaches. The basic principles of the multifactor model - an integrated approach, a combination of public and private financing, ensuring continuity of financing, discreteness of expenses; methodology for determining the effectiveness of the use of financial resources on the calculation of the return on costs for the prevention and treatment of dirofilariasis were justified. The effectiveness of local budget spending on the treatment of territories of the Kharkov region from mosquitoes on the base on the proposed principles and methodology was analyzed.

[Correction of disturbances in acid-base status and metabolism of metabolites of the oxidative-reductive reaction in rickets].

The disturbance of redox and acid-base state in the tissues of rats with experimental rickets and in clinics has been studied. It was shown that administration of namacit for the directed correction of the disturbance of homeostasis allows decreasing the doses of vitamin D.

[Correlation of acid-base equilibrium and glycolysis during muscle activity].

Interdependence between acid-base equilibrium of blood and accumulation of lactate depending on the intensity of exertion during swimming and individual reaction to the exertion has been analyzed when examining high-qualification sportsmen. Prognostication and optimization criteria of acidosis prophylaxis are suggested.

[The characteristics of nitrogen metabolism in the tissues of rabbits with ammonium toxicosis].

Disturbances of nitrogen metabolism under acute ammonium toxicosis have been studied in tissues of rabbit. A sharp increase of the ammonium content in the blood and tissues of the liver and kidneys is accompanied by an increase in the glutamine and glutamate level in all tissues. The level of urea nitrogen in the blood of rabbits increases.
