Backgrounds: This study aimed to assess the validity and reliability of the Turkish version of the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ).
Methods: A total of 340 adult participants who had been working for at least 8 h a day completed the study questionnaire online. The questionnaire consisted of sections on demographics and socioeconomic characteristics, the IWPQ, and the ultrashortened version of the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES-3).
Background: Adequate protein intake is important to maintain skeletal muscle mass in older adults and to prevent sarcopenia. Insect-based supplements were recently introduced to the market as an environmentally friendly protein alternative. We examined the effect of daily supplementation of lesser mealworm (Alphitobius diaperinus) protein for 11 consecutive weeks on muscle mass and muscle strength in older adults.

While existing machine learning pipelines heavily rely on the classification probability (P), this study intends to address the importance of integrating additional metrics, such as Information Content (IC) and the number of pixels above the segmentation threshold ([Formula: see text]), to alleviate the false positive rate in unbalanced data-sets. In this work, we introduce a segmentation algorithm (U-Net) as a supplementary step in the established strong gravitational lens identification pipeline (Denselens), which primarily utilizes [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] parameters for the detection and ranking.

This effect can be used to measure absolute distances and the Hubble constant ( ) and is known as time-delay cosmography. The method is independent of the local distance ladder and early-universe physics and provides a precise and competitive measurement of .

Methods: Two methods were used: 1) scientific literature review, and 2) qualitative interviews with scientists, trainers, and managers. Results: The individual and the work environment interact with each other when it comes to mindfulness in the workplace.
