Superficial CD34+ fibroblastic tumor (SCD34FT) is a relatively recently described borderline mesenchymal neoplasm. Owing to a relative lack of specificity in clinical presentation, radiopathologic findings, and immunohistochemical staining, the diagnoses of SCD34FT can be challenging.
