The objective of the article is to attract attention of legal investigators and forensic medical experts to the necessity of a closer cooperation in criminal cases related to illicit traffic in narcotic drugs with the aim of better investigation of such cases. The author shows one of the peculiar features of illicit traffic in narcotic drugs, which means that all crimes in this sphere are closely interconnected, mutually interdependent, and in principle cannot be executed independently. The author underlines the role of a forensic medical examination of material evidences not only in order to determine persons involved in illegal actions with narcotic drugs, but also to determine their functional responsibilities in the structure of a criminal organization engaged in this traffic.

The paper summarizes the results of clinical observations and special examinations conducted in 45 children with chronic gastroduodenitis by using combined exposure to sinusoidal modulated currents and ultrasound. The dynamics of clinical symptoms, functional status of the stomach and its adjacent gastroduodenal organs, endoscopic findings, morphological status of the gastroduodenal mucosa, gastric mucosal dissemination of Helicobacter pylori, systemic and regional humoral immunological parameters, abdominal echography indicate high therapeutical efficiency of the combined therapy as compared to that performed in controls (without physiotherapy). Mechanisms of formation of therapeutical action are clarified, differentiated indications are defined.

A complex study of parameters of the systemic cell humoral immunity, secretory immune system, functional state and phagocytic activity of neutrophils as well as activity of the complement and its C3, C4 components in 28 children with active cirrhosis of the liver has shown that the disease was accompanied by a generalized disturbance of the immunity mechanisms. Splenectomy in these children was shown to have favorable influence on the immune status, to reduce activity of the immunopathological process in the liver. At the same time, splenectomy results in continuous suppression of neutrophilic phagocytosis which may be a cause of the development of postsplenectomy septic conditions.
