[Comparison of incident reporting and learning systems for radiation oncology in France and abroad].

Reporting and learning are key components of quality and safety in radiotherapy. Each event must be reported to national authorities if considered significant according to national criteria. Lessons learnt from analysis of causal factors are primordial to decrease the risk of reoccurrence or the severity of further events.
