[Biomarkers and uterine cervical cancer. Are they useful for prognosis of cancer and triage of precancerous lesions?].

Biomarkers are "keys" of oncogenesis. Many applications are soon possible as gene therapy and vaccination. Authors have reviewed different aspects of classical prognosis factors and examined new possibilities of prognosis and selection of precancerous lesions as ASCUS by biomarkers.

[Tubo-ovarian actinomycosis, intrauterine device and chemotherapy for breast cancer].

Tubo-ovarian actinomycosis was observed after chemotherapy for breast cancer in a patient with an intrauterine device. Does chemotherapy increase the risk? How can it be prevented?

[Hematocolpos].

The diagnostic circumstances, clinical features and complementary explorations in hematocolpos are discussed. Hematocolpos due to imperforate hymen is treated by simple star incision protecting the Bartholin gland orifices to separate the hymen and the meatus. Hematocolpos resulting from duplex uterus with a blind hemivagina is more difficult to treat.

[Mixed endoscopic colposuspension (retroperitoneal and vaginal) for the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence: technique and preliminary results].

Preliminary results of a mixed technique of cervical bladder suspension by retroperitoneal laparoscopy and vaginal route. 35 patients, average age 55 years with stress incontinence. Every patients had positive Bonney test.
