We have studied the influence of Etmosin medication on severity of IHD clinical presentations and comprised biliary motility in 162 patients aged 26 to 60. Dynamic echocholecystography (DECG) has been applied. The obtained data suggest using Etmosin in patients with ischemic heart disease and comprised biliary motility makes for normalizing tonus of the Odi sphincter and decreasing the rate of episodes of angina pectoris, although was not found any influence of Etmosin on gall-bladder motility.

Heart syndrome features associated with pain, the structure of myocardial ischemia and heart rate derangement were studied in patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD) and concomitant biliary dyskinesia (BD). It was established that BD considerably aggravates clinical course of IHD: increase in frequency of pain and painless episodes of myocardial ischemia in patients with stable exertional angina I-II functional classes by NYHA and single supraventricular and ventricular extrasystoles.

Corinfar-Retard efficacy in patients with hypertonic-hyperkinetic type of biliary dyskinesia has been studied. 56 patients aged 26 to 30 had been prescribed Corinfar-Retard in 20 mg per day for 7 days. Dynamic echocholecystography has applied.

Submitted in the paper are results of studies on gastrocepin effects on degree of clinical symptoms, contractility of the gall bladder, and power of the threshold load in patients with ischemic heart disease and disordered motor function of the bile tracts. Gastrocepin is shown to increase contractility of the gall bladder and facilitate normalization of the Oddie's sphincter tone; it makes for the reduction in the incidence of anginal attacks and increase in the physical exercise tolerance in patients with stabile functional class I and II angina pectoris of effort.
