We present an algebraic method to derive the structure at the basis of the mapping of bosonic algebras of creation and annihilation operators into fermionic algebras, and vice versa, introducing a suitable identification between bosonic and fermionic generators. The algebraic structure thus obtained corresponds to a deformed Grassmann-type algebra, involving anticommuting Grassmann-type variables. The role played by the latter in implementing gauge invariance in second quantization within our procedure is then discussed.

Objective: Osteomyelitis is a relatively understudied disease with no standardized and evidence-based approach to treatment. We aimed to evaluate a cohort of patients with osteomyelitis, comparing the outcomes between intravenous (IV) and oral treatment.
Patients And Methods: We performed an observational retrospective study on osteomyelitis cases in adult patients seen for care between 2017 and 2019.
Background: Safety of same-day discharge (SSD) after percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) has been demonstrated in several studies. However, SDD is rarely adopted in Italy, with a potential waste of resources and decrease of patient satisfaction.
Methods: In 2019 we implemented a strategy of SDD for all elective coronary procedures admitted to our Radial Unit.
Introduction: The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction with pes anserinus tendons has been increasingly used throughout the last years. Although less invasive compared to other autologous grafts, a reduction of internal rotation and flexion strength after gracilis and semitendinosus harvesting has been reported. Harvesting one tendon instead of two from the pes anserinus can reduce the deficit of the knee flexor strength and improve the functional recover without weakening the reconstructed ligament.
