In the presented work, heterostructured nanocomposites based on g-CN and PrFeO with different mass content of PrFeO (0-10 wt%) were prepared by ultrasonic processing to study their photocatalytic activity in the process of antibiotic degradation under visible light. The study of phase composition, structural, morphological and textural characteristics carried out by powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and adsorption-structural analysis confirmed the presence of two phases - graphite-like CN and orthorhombic PrFeO with average crystallite sizes of 5 and 21 nm and mesoporous structure with specific surface area of 57.2-68.

A 50-year-old previously healthy man was admitted to our hospital following the appearance of peripheral edema. Ten days earlier, he had received the first injection of the vaccine.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFA novel drug for treatment of bone metastases based on human recombinant tumor necrosis factor (TNF-alpha) has been designed. The drug is a molecular structure containing yeast double-stranded ribonucleic acid (dsRNA) covered by the conjugate of polyanion dextran with TNF-alpha and bisphosphonate, alendronic acid. The structure is characterized by the combination of substances possessing antitumor activity (TNF-alpha, dsRNA) and a vector molecule (bisphosphonate) providing tropism to hydroxyapatite, the main mineral component of the bone tissue matrix.
