Background: Virtual technologies (VR) could respond to several challenges in Unilateral Spatial Neglect (USN) assessment, particularly the lack of sensitivity and ecological validity of traditional paper-and-pencil tests. A scoping review was conducted to explore current trends in this area.
Methods: PubMed, EMBASE, PsycINFO, Web of Science, IEEE, ACM, and the Cochrane Library were systematically searched for VR USN assessment.
Sorption isotherm measurement is a standard method for characterizing porous materials. However, such isotherms are generally hysteretic, differing between condensation and evaporation. Quantitative measurement of pore diameter distributions requires proper identification of the mechanisms at play, a topic which has been and remains the subject of intensive studies.

The large spread of RVF in Africa and its potential to emerge beyond its geographic range requires the development of surveillance strategies to promptly detect the disease outbreaks in order to implement efficient control measures, which could prevent the widespread of the virus to humans. The Animal Health Mediterranean Network (REMESA) linking some Northern African countries as Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Tunisia with Southern European ones as France, Italy, Portugal and Spain aims at improving the animal health in the Western Mediterranean Region since 2009.

The persistent biting behaviour of tabanids not only causes disturbance, but is also responsible for transmitting diseases, such as bovine besnoitiosis. The purpose of this study was to better identify the level of tabanid annoyance on cattle by means of insect trapping and direct observation of cows.

Electroantennogram (EAG) responses in both species to octenol, 4-methylphenol (4MP), 3-propylphenol (3PP) and a phenol mixture (4MP and 3PP at a ratio of 16 : 1) increased in a dose-dependent fashion.
