Familial aggregation in type 1 (insulin-dependent) diabetes mellitus: a study from south India.

An analysis of 617 Type 1 (insulin-dependent) diabetic patients from 587 families was made. In 33 families (5.6%) there was more than one Type 1 diabetic patient.
