NCCN Guidelines® Insights: Survivorship, Version 2.2024.

The NCCN Guidelines for Survivorship include recommendations for screening, evaluation, and treatment of psychosocial and physical problems resulting from adult-onset cancer and its treatment. They also include recommendations to promote healthy behaviors and immunizations in survivors and provide a framework for care coordination. These NCCN Guidelines Insights summarize the panel's current recommendations regarding sexual health and fertility.

Healthcare providers' experiences of maternity care service delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic in the United Kingdom: a follow-up systematic review and qualitative evidence synthesis.

Problem And Background: During the COVID-19 pandemic, there was substantial reconfiguration of maternity care services, affecting both users and healthcare providers (HCPs), in the United Kingdom (UK) and globally.

Aim: To further our understanding of the impact of maternity service reconfigurations in the UK, from the perspective of maternity HCPs.

Methods: Scopus, MEDLINE, EMBASE, CINAHL, PsycINFO and the Cochrane COVID Study Register were searched for relevant studies reporting qualitative data from the UK, published in English between 01 June 2021 and 30 September 2023.

Association Between Novel Antiphospholipid Antibodies and Adverse Pregnancy Outcomes.

Objective: To investigate the value of anti-β2 glycoprotein-I domain 1 (aD1) and antiphosphatidylserine-prothrombin antibodies for predicting adverse pregnancy outcomes in an at-risk population and to describe the relationship among aD1, antiphosphatidylserine-prothrombin, lupus anticoagulant, and other antiphospholipid antibodies (aPL).

Methods: Data were obtained from a prospective cohort of pregnant patients with aPL, with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) (n=59) or without SLE (n=106), or SLE without aPL (n=100) (PROMISSE [Predictors of Pregnancy Outcome in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus and Antiphospholipid Syndrome] study; NCT00198068). Levels of aD1 and antiphosphatidylserine-prothrombin were quantified with the QUANTA Flash and QUANTA Lite systems, respectively, in sera collected at less than 18 weeks of gestation.

Understanding Momentary Alcohol Use Cognitions Through the Lenses of Momentary Socioeconomic Identification, Unfair Treatment, and Strain.

Background: Studies suggest that socioeconomic status (SES) is related to alcohol use. SES may impact alcohol use exposures to financial stress, discriminatory experiences, identity threats, negative emotions, and perceived threats. These experiences could lead to alcohol use increases in alcohol use willingness.

National Family Medicine Residency Outcomes Project Methodology.

Introduction: Multiple specialties including family medicine are engaging in a robust re-envisioning of residency training that culminates with new program requirements. No large-scale prospective studies linking curriculum to graduate outcomes have been available to guide the new standards. This report describes the methodology including representativeness and response rates of the Council of Academic Family Medicine Education Research Alliance (CERA) and American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) National Family Medicine Residency Outcomes Project (FM-ROP).
