The primary treatment of the common malignancy squamous cell carcinoma is surgical removal. In this process, sufficient tissue removal is balanced against unnecessary mutilation. We recently presented a remote photoplethysmography algorithm, which revealed significant differences between processed video recordings of cancer biopsy areas and surrounding tissue.

A video processing algorithm designed to identify cancer suspicious skin areas is presented here. It is based on video recordings of squamous cell carcinoma in the skin. Squamous cell carcinoma is a common malignancy, normally treated by surgical removal.

Objective tinnitus is a known but rare otologic symptom. This is a case report about a six-year-old boy, who was referred to a hearing clinic for further investigation of an audible clicking sound. He experienced clicking sounds, and his parents were able to hear the sounds when listening nearby.
