The purpose of the study is to identify the features of the mortality regime from neoplasms in Ukraine, to make comparisons with selected countries in the WHO European Region, to identify challenges to public health and cancer services in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic and to hypothesize possible changes in mortality.The materials for the analysis were the data of official national statistics on mortality (State Statistics Service of Ukraine), data of the National Cancer Registry of Ukraine, and the European Health Information Gateway in the position "Neoplasms" ICD-10 codes: C00-D48. The method of standardization and comparative analysis was used.

Forced choice (FC) measures may be a desirable alternative to single stimulus (SS) Likert items, which are easier to fake and can have associated response biases. However, classical methods of scoring FC measures lead to ipsative data, which have a number of psychometric problems. A Thurstonian item response theory (TIRT) model has been introduced as a way to overcome these issues, but few empirical validity studies have been conducted to ensure its effectiveness.

Aim: Study the protective properties of "Staphylovac-2" vaccinie.

Materials And Methods: Samples of the vaccine manufactured by SPA "Microgen" based on the developed technology were studied in balb/c mice during 3- and 6-fold immunization schemes. Protective activity of the preparation was determined in experiments with active and passive protection during intraperitoneal infection, seeding of the causative agent from spleen and kidneys during intravenous infection, of animals.
