In the spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR)--line NISAG--most cardiac hystiocytes of the left ventriculum have signs of ultrastructure damage to a variable extent. First of all the contractile and energetic function of cardiac hystiocytes has different abnormalities. Administration of Lipril (20 mg/kg daily, during three months) showed the normalization of the ultrastructure of myocardium of SHR.

Using electron microscopic techniques, we investigated bioptats of the ovaries of patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome after treatment with clostilbegit, which exerted only insignificant effects. We observed an increases in the intensify of proliferation of the connective tissue elements in the ovaries with the involvement of immunopathological processes against the background of tissue and circulatory hypoxia.

The paper presents findings obtained from the electron microscopy investigation designed to study the mucosa of the vaginal portion of the uterine cervix in patients with atypical condyloma 45 days after CO2 laser destruction had been performed and system interferon therapy conducted. The proposed combined method was found out to encourage normalization of the uterine cervix structure, with the above therapy being capable of activating the local immune response that prevents the disease recurrences.
