Our study aimed to assess the impact of political affiliation, personal beliefs, and policy measures on the intention to receive routine COVID-19 and influenza vaccines in the coming year. A cross-sectional study of 1256 individuals at Minnesota State and County Fairs was conducted to assess their intention to receive COVID-19 booster and influenza vaccines in the coming year. The association between vaccine intention and political affiliation, belief in collective responsibility, and workplace/school vaccine requirements were analyzed using multinomial logistic regression.

View Article and Find Full Text PDFBackground: Glofitamab monotherapy induces durable remission in patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma after two or more previous therapies, but has not previously been assessed as a second-line therapy. We investigated the efficacy and safety of glofitamab plus gemcitabine-oxaliplatin (Glofit-GemOx) versus rituximab (R)-GemOx in patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
Methods: The phase 3, randomised, open-label STARGLO trial was done at 62 centres in 13 countries in Asia and Australia, Europe, and North America.
Background: The COVID-19 pandemic sent shock waves through societies, economies, and health systems of Member States in the WHO European Region and beyond. During the pandemic, most countries transitioned from a slow to a rapid adoption of telehealth solutions, to accommodate the public health and social measures introduced to mitigate the spread of the disease. As countries shift to a post-pandemic world, the question remains whether telehealth's importance as a mode of care provision in Europe continues to be significant.
