[The organization of the dispensary observation of patients with respiratory organ sarcoidosis].

The paper deals with organizational questions regarding monitoring survey of respiratory sarcoidosis patients in anti-tuberculous institutions. It is suggested to recognize among the VIII group registrants subgroups A, B and D including patients with active sarcoidosis, stable regression, marked pneumosclerosis with respiratory distress. The authors give details how to distribute patients by subgroups, a scope of control examinations, rules of withdrawal from the follow-up.
