[Assessment of safety and effectiveness of dietary fermented milk product using in the presence of dysbiosis in people with overweight and obesity].

The study was aimed at assessment of quality, safety and nutritional efficiency of consuming fermented milk product prepared on the basis of symbioticcal ferment of two strains of acidophilic bacteria Lactobacillius acidophilius D-75 and Lactobacillius acidophilius D-76, by two groups of patients with overweight and obesity combined with dysbiosis. Including fermented milk product into diet proved to have positive nutritional effect. It can be recommended to include probiotic fermented milk product into the diet of patients with such pathology.

[Effectiveness of dietary supplements--biologically active substances in patients with obesity].

With the help of clinical, anthropometric and anthropometric method examination the study estimation of the effectiveness of a new food additives "Vita-Plant-herbal tea N16"--with overweight and obesity. Components of a new herbal tea rich in biologically active compounds, flavonoids, phenolic acids, vitamin C and B, carotenoids, trace elements iodine, zinc, molybdenum, manganese, iron, etc. The studies were conducted on 53 patients with overweight and obesity, which were divided into two similar groups of patients were on standard low-calorie diet.

[Particular features of the relationship of Helicobacter pylori and G cells in patients with duodenal ulcer, with special reference to the Helicobacter pylori strain].

Helicobacter pylori positive form of duodenal ulcer (CagA+ and CagA-) was studied in 120 patients with duodenal ulcer (DU). CagA+ was found in 78 patients (65%); CagA(-)--in 42 (35%). Diagnostic criteria of symbiosis between Helicobacter pylori and macroorganisms have been established.
