Background: To date, no significant clinical progress has been achieved in the treatment of brain malignant gliomas (MG), and the active search for non-invasive circulating biomarkers continues. The prognostic significance of the ratio of the main peripheral blood cell populations of patients with MG is evaluated. Considerable attention is paid to the secretome of platelets (Pt) of peripheral blood.

Cytokines and growth factors (GFs) are critical regulators of tissue damage or repair in osteoarthritis (OA) and are being recognized as key players in the pathogenesis of COVID-19. A clear understanding of the long-term consequences of SARS-CoV-2 infection, especially in patients with concomitant chronic diseases, is limited and needs to be elucidated.

Objective: In this study, we investigated the levels of MMPs (MMP-1, MMP-2, MMP-3, MMP-8, MMP-9, MMP-10) and TIMP-1 in the plasma of patients with OA after recovery from COVID- 19.
The goal of the Xflows experimental campaign is to study the radiation flow on the National Ignition Facility (NIF) reproducing the sensitivity of the temperature (±8 eV, ±23 μm) and density (±11 mg/cc) measurements of the COAX platform [Johns et al., High Energy Density Phys. 39, 100939 (2021); Fryer et al.
