[A complication of inferior dental nerve block: temporary ocular palsy].

An interesting case of temporary ocular palsy, a complication of inferior dental nerve block was reported. Symptom, sign and proper management were described. Several updated literatures on this topic were reviewed and concluded that this complication might be explained by accidental intra-arterial injection of anesthetic solution.
