Objective: The extent of response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy predicts survival in Ewing sarcoma. This study focuses on MRI radiomics of skeletal Ewing sarcoma and aims to investigate feature reproducibility and machine learning prediction of response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy.

Materials And Methods: This retrospective study included thirty patients with biopsy-proven skeletal Ewing sarcoma, who were treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery at two tertiary sarcoma centres.

Primary Whipple disease of the Central Nervous System presenting with rhombencephalitis.

Primary Whipple disease of the Central Nervous System is a rare entity whose outcome might be fatal if not promptly diagnosed and treated. Few cases are reported in the literature with heterogeneous clinical and radiological presentations which often make the diagnosis extremely challenging. We report a case of primary Whipple disease of the Central Nervous System presenting with rhombencephalitis in a female patient in immunosuppressive treatment for rheumatoid arthritis.

Synthesis and Diels-Alder reactions of a benzo[5]radialene derivative.

Apart from their exotic structure, radialenes have been employed as precursors of more complex polycyclic molecules. In this work we report the synthesis of the first compound having the benzo[5]radialene substructure, starting from simple materials. Such a compound proved to be a convenient diene in Diels-Alder reactions, for the preparation of highly functionalized fluorenes and benzo[b]fluorenes in a quimio- and stereocontrolled fashion.
