Background: Microsatellite instability high (MSI-H) and/or mismatch repair deficient (dMMR) status is the strongest predictive factor for immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) benefit in patients with metastatic gastroesophageal cancer (mGC). Primary resistance to ICIs is a relevant issue, but prognostic and predictive factors are lacking.
Materials And Methods: In this multinational, retrospective cohort of patients with MSI-H/dMMR mGC treated with ICIs without chemotherapy we collected baseline laboratory values to establish the prognostic nutritional index (PNI).
Background: Enteral nutrition is necessary when nutritional status is poor and oral intake is insufficient or impossible. Although it has been suspected to reduce spontaneous oral feeding, no study has formally assessed the influence of enteral nutrition on pediatric oral intake. The present study aimed to evaluate variation in oral feeding intake after enteral nutrition initiation, and to identify factors influencing oral feeding.

Objectives: We tested the prognostic ability of an emerging, complete blood count (CBC)-based inflammatory biomarker, the pan-immune-inflammation value (PIV), in patients with aTNBC treated with first-line, platinum-based chemotherapy.
Design: This was a retrospective, monocentric, observational study.

DUNE is a dual-site experiment for long-baseline neutrino oscillation studies, neutrino astrophysics and nucleon decay searches. ProtoDUNE Dual Phase (DP) is a 6 6 6 m liquid argon time-projection-chamber (LArTPC) that recorded cosmic-muon data at the CERN Neutrino Platform in 2019-2020 as a prototype of the DUNE Far Detector. Charged particles propagating through the LArTPC produce ionization and scintillation light.
