[The role of sensitization to autologous intestinal microflora in the development of chronic cholecystitis].

The authors proved the role of sensibilization with autologous microflora in the development and maintaining of the inflammatory process in the hepatobiliary system. This indicates the necessity of using desensitizing drug and the method of hyposensitization as a specific measure in the treatment complex of patients with this kind of pathology.

[Rehabilitation of patients with myocardial infarction living in rural areas].

The experience gained in the introduction of new organizational structure for providing emergency cardiac care to rural population was summarized and social effectiveness of rehabilitative treatment of 653 rural patients suffering from acute myocardial infarction was studied. Early and centralized hospitalization of patients with myocardial infarction from rural areas to specialized regional, interregional and district cardiological departments, the practical application of the principle of step-by-step treatment made it possible to improve the quality of treatment, to lower the rates of primary qualification for invalidism up to 21.4 percent and provided an opportunity to rehabilitate during 6 months 77.
