The authors provide the results of a sociological interview of the collective of a mixed feed plant. The interview concerned information about health, healthy way of life and routine behavior. Noticeable differences were revealed between the theoretical background of the respondents and daily routine.

In limited observations made on schoolchildren aged 7-14 years, the variant of adsorbed chemical influenza vaccine, intended for children, has been shown to possess low reactogenicity, high antigenic potency and protective effectiveness.

[Prediction of the ensembles of RNA secondary structures. Kinetic analysis of self-organization].

A new approach to the problem of prediction of secondary structures of RNA, which is based on the kinetic analysis of self-organising molecules is proposed. Structural reconstructions that take place during formation of secondary structures are described in terms of Markov process. A set of states and probability transition were defined.

[Effect of calcium on the diastolic phases in healthy persons and in patients with cardiac insufficiency].

Variations in the duration of diastolic phases under acute calcium loading were studied in normal subjects and patients with heart failure, using left ventricular apexcardiography (ACG). Certain changes in diastolic phases were revealed in patients with heart failure as compared to normal subjects, which corresponded to the severity of heart failure. The phase of isometric relaxation as well as those of rapid and slow filling showed the most dynamic variation.
