Context: Dementia, characterized by a progressive decline in cognition, affects more than 50 million people globally. In 2020, the 5th Canadian Consensus Conference on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia (CCCDTD5) published up-to-date recommendations to guide the clinical management of persons living with dementia (PLWD) and their caregivers. However, primary care clinicians are not always up-to-date with current evidence as the information might be fragmented.

Several case reports have suggested that COVID-19 may increase the risk of gastrointestinal perforation. We report a case of a gastrointestinal perforation developing in a COVID-19 patient who presented due to injuries from a motor vehicle accident. On admission, the patient had elevated white blood cells, with neutrophilia and lymphopenia.

Introduction: This paper details the methods used in the second national Biological and Behavioral Surveillance Survey (BBSS) of HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis B and C among men who have sex with men in Brazil.

Methods: Respondent-driven sampling (RDS) was used in 12 cities in 2016. The targeted sample size was initiated with five to six seeds in each city.

Unlabelled: Primary sinonasal clear cell carcinoma is a rare neoplasm classified under malignant epithelial tumours of salivary gland - type carcinomas under World Health Organization (WHO) classification. We report a case which occurred on a 69 year old gentleman presented with epistaxis and nasal endoscopy examination showed tumour arising from the right ethmoid cells. Endoscopic excision of the tumour was done and histopathological examination revealed clear cell carcinoma.
