Enlightening Hidden Nursing Care in Nurse-Led Clinics and See & Treat: An Observational Multicenter Protocol Study in Italy.

The limited and inconsistent adoption and regulation of nurse-led clinics (NLCs) and "See & Treat" (S&T) services in Italy needs to be explored considering their value towards patients' outcomes acknowledged in the literature. This study aims to explore the phenomenon of hidden nursing activities (HNAs) in these settings, hypothesizing that features and activities performed in these settings are heterogeneous across the country and widely underreported or attributed to other professionals than nurses. HNAs are hypothesized to be associated with a poor work environment climate and nurses' low job satisfaction.

Background: The term 'Missed Nursing Care' (MNC) refers to any aspect of nursing care that is not delivered, partially delivered, or delayed. MNC has significant negative consequences, including adverse patient outcomes, safety risks, and decreased job satisfaction. While extensively studied in hospitals, MNC in community healthcare settings, remains under-researched, especially in Italy.

Percutaneous Surgery for Tailor's Bunion: A Comparative Study.

 To analyze and compare the clinical and radiographic outcomes of bunionette correction using two percutaneous surgical techniques: the Sponsel technique and the medial wedge osteotomy of the distal metaphysis. The results were evaluated individually and comparatively using the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society's Lesser Metatarsophalangeal-Interphalangeal Scale (AOFAS), Visual Analog Scale (VAS) for pain assessment, and radiographic measurements of the intermetatarsal angle IV-V (AIM4-5) and metatarsophalangeal angle of the fifth ray (AMF-5).  This was a retrospective study conducted from May 2011 to February 2022.

Purpose: Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) is the leading cause of blindness in the elderly. To date, there are no effective therapies to counteract AMD towards the most severe stages characterised by a progressive loss of photoreceptors triggered by retinal pigmented epithelium dysfunction. Given their easy source and their high proliferative potential, Dental Pulp Stem Cells (DPSCs) are considered promising for regenerative medicine.

Unveiling the keys to success: Insights from a phenomenological study on recent nursing graduates.

Background: The phenomenon of academic success of undergraduate nursing students is a global issue in higher education institutions due to the direct effects on the availability of future nurses and care, thus impacting public health. Available quantitative research has highlighted factors influencing academic success, although most of these factors are not effectively manageable with intervention strategies.

Aim: The purpose of the study was to describe the lived experiences and their meanings of Bachelor nursing graduates who successfully completed the program.
