[The dynamics of functional state of the cardio-vascular system during 2 years after aorto-coronary shunting].

The investigation included 45 patients with coronary heart disease operated for aorto-(mammaro)-coronary artery bypass grafting. It was found that surgical treatment resulted in the improvement of subjective symptoms of angina and increased contractile reserve of the myocardium during the first days after surgery. Significantly increased subjective and objective exercise tolerance, improvement of local myocardial contractility, diastolic function and symptoms of myocardial remodeling were registered only within 6 months after surgery.

[Left ventricular diastolic function in patients with bronchial asthma].

The aim of the study was to evaluate the diastolic function of the left ventricle (LV) in patients with bronchial asthma (BA) in relation to the phase and severity of the disease. Seventy four patients with BA, including 16 with mild persistent BA, 39 with moderate BA, and 19 with severe BA were examined in different phases of the disease. Echocardiography and Doppler study of intracardiac blood flow were performed and external respiratory function was studied.

[Change in central hemodynamics in lymphoma patients].

Aim: To elucidate features of hemodynamics in patients with lymphoma and hemodynamic effects of polychemotherapy.

Material And Methods: Parameters of central hemodynamics were studied echocardiographycally in 42 patients with lymphoma.

Results: In a definite rise in the levels of tumor progression markers, changes in the immunity, impaired hemopoiesis there was rearrangement of hemodynamics (development of tachycardia, trend to excentric remodeling of the left ventricle).
